A city farm is an easy accessible place for all age groups, backgrounds and cultures. It is an ideal place for sustainable examples. The Dutch city farm federation, in cooperation with several environmental and educational organisations, has developed guidelines for city farms which want to give information about sustainability. Therefore they will have to set the right examples themselves. The guidelines contain information, useful internet links, a checklist with sustainable ambitions and a plan of action.
